Kullanım Koşulları

Bu Kullanım Koşulları (“Koşullar”), Ertuğrul Ulusoy (“Yayıncı”, “biz”) tarafından geliştirilen Zikirhane mobil uygulamasının (“Uygulama”) kullanıcısı (“siz”, “Kullanıcı”) ile Yayıncı arasındaki ilişkiyi düzenler.
Uygulamayı indirerek, kurarak veya kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmamalısınız.
2. Uygulama Hakkında
Zikirhane; kullanıcıların zikir/tesbihat sayımını dijital olarak takip etmesini, kişisel zikir listeleri oluşturmasını, günlük hedefler belirlemesini ve hatırlatmalar almasını sağlayan bir mobil uygulamadır.
Uygulama, Apple App Store ve Google Play mağazaları üzerinden iOS ve Android cihazlarda kullanıma sunulur.
3. Kullanım Şartları
3.1. Uygulamayı yalnızca kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanabilirsiniz.
3.2. Uygulamayı; yasalara aykırı, üçüncü kişilerin haklarını ihlal eden, zararlı, taciz edici veya hileli biçimde kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz.
3.3. Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik, kaynak koda dönüştürme, kopyalama, dağıtma veya değiştirme yoluyla işlemeyeceğinizi kabul edersiniz.
3.4. Uygulama içinde oluşturduğunuz içerik (zikir başlıkları, notlar, hedefler vb.) sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
4. Hesap, Veri ve Senkronizasyon
Uygulama hesap oluşturmayı gerektirmez. Tüm verileriniz yalnızca cihazınızda yerel olarak (AsyncStorage) saklanır.
Uygulamayı sildiğinizde veya Ayarlar üzerinden verileri sıfırladığınızda bu veriler silinir; Yayıncının bu verileri geri getirme imkânı bulunmamaktadır. Verilerin yedeklenmesi tamamen sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
5. Abonelikler ve Ödemeler
5.1. Uygulama temel özelliklerini ücretsiz katmanda 5 zikir setine kadar sunar. “Zikirhane Premium” aboneliği ile sınırsız zikir seti, tüm temalar ve reklamsız deneyim gibi ek özellikler kullanılabilir. Premium, aylık veya yıllık ödeme seçeneğiyle satın alınabilir; iki seçenek de aynı özellikleri açar, yalnızca ödeme süresi ve fiyatı farklıdır.
5.2. Ödemeler ve abonelik yönetimi, Apple App Store veya Google Play hesabınız üzerinden gerçekleştirilir. Yayıncı doğrudan ödeme almaz; kart bilgilerinizi saklamaz veya görüntülemez.
5.3. Abonelikler otomatik yenilenir; iptal etmek istemediğiniz sürece ilgili mağaza politikaları uyarınca yenilenmeye devam eder. İptal işlemini doğrudan App Store veya Google Play hesap ayarlarınızdan gerçekleştirebilirsiniz.
5.4. İade talepleri ve ödeme uyuşmazlıkları, ilgili mağazanın (Apple/Google) iade politikalarına tabidir.
6. Fikri Mülkiyet
Uygulamanın yazılımı, tasarımı, marka adı, logosu ve uygulama içindeki orijinal içerik Yayıncıya aittir ve telif hakları ile diğer fikri mülkiyet hakları kapsamında korunmaktadır. Bu Koşullar size yalnızca Uygulamayı kullanma hakkı verir; herhangi bir mülkiyet hakkı devri içermez.
Uygulamada yer alan dini içerik (zikir metinleri, Arapça karşılıkları, dualar) genel kamuoyuna ait dini metinlerdir ve Yayıncının münhasır mülkiyetinde değildir.
7. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler
Uygulama; Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat (abonelik doğrulama), Google AdMob (ücretsiz katmanda reklam), Expo platformu ve Sentry (anonim hata raporlama) gibi üçüncü taraf hizmetlerine bağımlıdır. Bu hizmetlerin kendi kullanım koşulları ve gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir; bu Koşullar onların yerini tutmaz. Üçüncü taraf veri işleme uygulamalarının ayrıntıları için Gizlilik Sözleşmesi’ni inceleyiniz.
8. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
8.1. Uygulama “olduğu gibi” ve “mevcut hâliyle” sunulur. Yayıncı; Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını, tüm cihazlarla uyumlu olacağını veya belirli bir amaca uygun olacağını garanti etmez.
8.2. Yasal düzenlemelerin izin verdiği ölçüde Yayıncı; Uygulamanın kullanımından kaynaklanan dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
8.3. Uygulamadaki veri kaybı, cihaz arızası veya teknik aksaklıklardan doğan zararlar için Yayıncının sorumluluğu, ilgili ay içinde sizden tahsil ettiği abonelik bedeli ile sınırlıdır.
9. Fesih
Yayıncı, bu Koşullara aykırı kullanım tespit etmesi durumunda Uygulamaya erişiminizi kısıtlama veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutar.
Siz de Uygulamayı cihazınızdan silerek dilediğiniz zaman kullanımı sonlandırabilirsiniz.
10. Değişiklikler
Yayıncı bu Koşullarda zaman zaman değişiklik yapabilir. Önemli değişikliklerde Uygulama içinden bildirim yapılır.
Değişikliklerden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncel Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
11. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Yetkili Mahkeme
Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.
Bu Koşullardan doğan uyuşmazlıklarda T.C. İstanbul Merkez Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.

Terms of Use
Effective Date: May 21, 20261. Parties and Definitions
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Ertuğrul Ulusoy (“Publisher”, “we”) and the user (“you”, “User”) of the Zikirhane mobile application (“App”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. About the App
Zikirhane is a mobile application that helps users digitally track dhikr/tasbih counts, create personal dhikr lists, set daily goals, and receive reminders.
The App is available on iOS and Android devices through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
3. Use of the App
3.1. You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3.2. You agree not to use the App in any unlawful, harmful, harassing, or fraudulent manner, or in a way that infringes third-party rights.
3.3. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, distribute, or modify the App.
3.4. Content you create within the App (dhikr titles, notes, goals, etc.) is your responsibility.
4. Accounts, Data, and Sync
The App does not require an account. All your data is stored locally on your device (AsyncStorage).
When you uninstall the App or reset data from Settings, this data is deleted; the Publisher has no ability to restore it. Backing up data is solely your responsibility.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
5.1. The App offers core features for free, allowing up to 5 dhikr sets. A “Zikirhane Premium” subscription unlocks additional features including unlimited dhikr sets, all themes, and an ad-free experience. Premium can be purchased on a monthly or yearly billing cadence; both options unlock the same feature set — only the billing period and price differ.
5.2. Payments and subscription management are handled by your Apple App Store or Google Play account. The Publisher does not directly receive payments, nor store or view your card information.
5.3. Subscriptions renew automatically and continue to renew per the relevant store’s policies unless you cancel. You can cancel directly from your App Store or Google Play account settings.
5.4. Refund requests and payment disputes are subject to the refund policies of the relevant store (Apple/Google).
6. Intellectual Property
The App’s software, design, brand name, logo, and original in-app content belong to the Publisher and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you only a right to use the App; no ownership rights are transferred.
Religious content (dhikr texts, Arabic equivalents, prayers) included in the App consists of religious texts in the public domain and is not the exclusive property of the Publisher.
7. Third-Party Services
The App depends on third-party services including the Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat (subscription verification), Google AdMob (advertising on the free tier), the Expo platform, and Sentry (anonymous crash reporting). These services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply in addition to these Terms. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details on third-party data processing.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Publisher makes no warranty that the App will operate without interruption or error, will be compatible with all devices, or will be suitable for a particular purpose.
8.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
8.3. For damages arising from data loss, device malfunction, or technical issues in the App, the Publisher’s liability shall be limited to the subscription fee collected from you in the relevant month.
9. Termination
The Publisher reserves the right to restrict or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms.
You may terminate use at any time by deleting the App from your device.
10. Changes
The Publisher may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the App.
Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices of the Republic of Türkiye.
